Had an amazing New Year's experience at this lovely boutique-style resort. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. the themed dinner menus were a pleasant surprise. the food was delicious, especially the dishes prepared by Chef Reynaldo and his team. the location of the resort was perfect, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere.
The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby jetty where catamarans docked. the loudspeakers on the boats could be a bit bothersome at times.

On a positive note, the resort is located right on the beach, offering guests a picturesque view and easy access to the sand and sea. Additionally, the restaurant at the resort received rave reviews, with guests praising the delicious meals created by the talented chefs. Moreover, some guests were fortunate enough to receive personalized attention, almost like having a private tour guide, when traveling to and from the ferry.
Some guests experienced clear service discrepancies and lacked prompt communication regarding transfers, which led to frustration and disappointment.

This hotel is a truly luxurious paradise. the exclusive amenities - from the Spa & wellness center to the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi - are remarkable. the garden area is stunning and peaceful, perfect for relaxation, and the bar/lounge area offers the most delicious cocktails. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options, and the private facilities were outstanding.
The location can sometimes be noisy due to the nearby touristic boats and kids water park, which can be a minor issue. Nonetheless, the service was impeccable, the entertainment was fun, and the beachfront was idyllic for a romantic walk.
